About the founder
Built by a curious mind.
Jordan Ingerham is a 29-year-old business owner from Tampa, Florida, and the founder and CEO of Good Expectations. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset to the intersection of AI, data, product, and brand—turning promising ideas into focused strategies, useful tools, and businesses built to move forward.
Good Expectations started from a simple belief: the best tools are no longer reserved for big companies. Modern AI lets a small, focused team research a market, build a working prototype and launch it in weeks. Jordan’s job is to find the highest-value use and ship it.
His background is in sales, working face to face with customers every day. That is why every project here starts with the person who has to use it, and why results get explained in plain English.
How it got here
- On the sales floor. Jordan’s background is face-to-face sales — working with customers every day, learning what people actually need, what they’ll gladly pay for, and how fast jargon loses a room.
- The gap. The best research and product tools were reserved for big companies with big budgets. Small, focused teams were expected to guess.
- The start, in Tampa. Jordan founded Good Expectations in Tampa, Florida to close that gap: use modern AI so a small team can research a market, build a working prototype, and launch it in weeks — not quarters.
- Today. The studio ships working tools, not slide decks — the builds below are live and in use, and every new project starts the same way: with the person who has to use it.

How Good Expectations works
- Start with the customer. What do they need, and what would they gladly pay for?
- Build the smallest useful version. A working prototype beats a perfect plan.
- Measure, then decide. Keep what works, cut what doesn’t, and say which is which.
- Explain it plainly. No jargon, no hype, just what changed and what to do next.
